Details and scope

Make selected application and infrastructure signals usable by the operations team. Metric and log configuration, dashboards, alert-routing tests and operator notes. Test events reach agreed destinations and all dashboards show the expected test data. The stated scope is agreed before work starts; additional work is quoted separately.

Specifications

• 3 workloads; up to 20 metrics, 10 alert rules and 3 dashboards in 1 existing monitoring platform
• 50 specialist-hours including preparation, delivery, checks and handover
• Metric and log configuration, dashboards, alert-routing tests and operator notes
• Acceptance: Test events reach agreed destinations and all dashboards show the expected test data
• Excludes: Monitoring licences, telemetry storage and staffed monitoring
