We operate our own technology systems and charge customers directly through transparent service fees and subscription plans.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our software platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Service Usage

Our cloud software is provided for running applications and managing computing resources. You agree to:

  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Payment Terms

We charge customers directly through transparent monthly or annual subscription fees. Payment terms include:

  • All fees are quoted in USD and payable in advance
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our self-operated software services. In the event of service interruptions, we will provide service credits according to our SLA policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided through our services remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited license to use the software according to these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudixa Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of your paid subscription period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
