Details and scope

Move a defined group of applications through a rehearsed migration. Dependency register, migration scripts, 1 rehearsal, cutover sequence and rollback instructions. Rehearsal record counts and agreed application smoke tests reconcile; cutover requires customer approval. The stated scope is agreed before work starts; additional work is quoted separately.

Specifications

• Up to 3 existing applications and 2 databases; 1 source and 1 target platform; data up to 500 GB
• 80 specialist-hours including preparation, delivery, checks and handover
• Dependency register, migration scripts, 1 rehearsal, cutover sequence and rollback instructions
• Acceptance: Rehearsal record counts and agreed application smoke tests reconcile; cutover requires customer approval
• Excludes: New application features, large data transformation, hosting and after-hours standby
